Its pretty simple stuff making this homage to a fresh Bordeaux style white blend. Both the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes were picked at night to ensure they reach the winery nice and cool. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel to retain the gentle flavors. Grassy lantana characters in the Blanc and citrus in the Semillon.
