An Artillery Proficiency Badge Auction Archive 1919 in the London GazetteA Soviet artillery proficiency badge, constructed of bronze, consisting of a shield decorated with oak leaves on either side, with a pair of crossed cannons at the base and a central Hammer and Sickle in gilt, the reverse with a threaded screw post accompanied by a backing plate, unmarked, measuring 34. 2 mm (w) x 43. 2 mm (l), weighing 21. 78 grams, in near very fine condition.
