Germany, Heer. An Em/Nco’s Tropical Overseas Cap, By Hans Brandt Buy Now 21 mm x 43(Heer Schiffchen). A very well preserved Heer EM NCOs tropical overseas cap, constructed of olive drab cotton twill. The cap is fully surrounded by scalloped fold down side panels, while the crown is flanked on each side by a ventilation hole reinforced with a brown painted zink eyelet. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia in the form of a light brown cotton backer bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a
