Germany, Luftwaffe. An Afrika Cuff Title, from the George Petersen Collection visually-hidden small blue enamel restoration above(Luftwaffe rmelband Afrika). Constructed of fine dark blue wool, the exterior bearing a silver aluminum wire inscription of AFRIKA, the reverse with a black canvas reinforcement through which is stitched the guide threads for the embroidery, unmarked, measuring 4 cm (w) x 45 cm (l), in extremely fine condition.
