N°06 Stainless Steel Knife Handle - Blade:Walnut Wood - Stainless Slim low profile formThe N06 is the smallest Opinel knife with Virobloc double safety ring, which locks the blade in closed or open position as needed. The 7 cm blade is 1,5 cm smaller than in the N08. The shape is this traditional Opinel which hasn't changed since the 1890. The stainless steel blade has an excellent corrosion resistance and doesn't require any special maintenance for keeping the excellent cutting quality. The wood handle is secure and feels comfortable.
