Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, bearing a central raised rosette situated within a circular laurel leaf wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 49. 95 mm (w) x 49. 71 mm (h), weighing 22. 4 grams, most of the silver finish has been lost and some verdigris is visible to
