Bodegas Hidalgo Vino de Albariza Cepas Viejas La 30 del Cuadrado 2018 Color:White restarting a once proud traditionThis wine from Jerez's unique Albariza soils is one of a new sort of wine coming out of Sherry country. This is an unfortified, single vintage wine made from ancient Palomino vines. The wine is fermented in used Fino Sherry casks to impart Sherry's signature nutty note to the wine, and the wine is left on the lees for six months, resulting in a rich and creamy wine with a zesty finish.
