1991 Avon Touch of Tassel Brooch white satin This necklace and bracelet parureThe Touch of Tassel brooch was a 1991 Avon creation. The brooch features an elaborate, textured gold tone bow. A 2 silky, black tassel hangs from the center of the bow. The brooch, including the tassel, measures approximately 1 W x 3 H. Although this is a book piece, the brooch is unmarked. It is in excellent vintage condition.
