Around the farm you will find a whole 6. 5 hectares of vineyards with about 40 year old vines with the Baco grape variety. Saint Martin distills the entire production and works with a continuous distillation process where no more than 52% alcohol is obtained. For the cask storage, they use oak from the local forest.
