Two of the borders of the pennant are decorated with innate bullion strips that depict a pattern of interwoven swastikas
and is in overall near extremely fine condition with some minor grease staining near the bottom left corner
She participated in the Spanish-American War Victory Celebration at New York on October 5th and in the Dewey Celebration at New York in September 1899
