Constructed of gilded zink, on loop for suspension from its period original bow tie style ribbon pinned with eagle device, consisting of a double sided oval oak leaf wreath joined together at the top and bottom by ribbon, the obverse bearing a central raised mobile swastika situated atop wheat stalks, the reverse bearing a raised inscription
