The Zeitpunkt Redux Riesling hails from the Starick family's organic vineyard in Springton, the heart of Eden Valley Riesling. The pristine fruit created a pristine wine filled with natural acidity while still maintaining balance and aromatics. Think of fresh rain falling in the spring slatey, stoney with white florals and a pinch of limey acidity.
