A Medal Of Military Merit 1916-1917, 3Rd Class United Republic of the other photo is blackIn bronze, measuring 39 mm (w) x 44. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, bronze laurel wreath clasp on its original ribbon, designating it as 3rd class, extremely fine. Footnote: In 1916, the provisional government in Thessaloniki decided to strike a medal called a ""Military Medal"".
