It is the Grenache component that creates the luscious, generous fleshy mouthfeel. Handpicked, sorted and whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tank to maximise varietal expression. We are careful to reduce skin contact with the juice to keep the colour restrained to this beautiful pale salmon pink. Bottled early to be sure to capture those
