Stefano Lubiana Riesling 2023 -STOCKTAKE- yamagata Classic F blockStefano Lubiana Riesling is made from 100% estate grown, single vineyard fruit grown on predominantly silty grey, gravelly loam over sandstone with some clay loam patches. 100% certified biodynamic grapes are picked by hand and then the fruit is sorted by hand on a vibrating table. Tasmanias ultra cool climate is perfect for making Riesling wines with finesse and distinction. Winemaking at Stefano Lubiana takes full advantage of the perfectly balanced
