Reeve Remy Saves the Sea Rose 2025 Kitchen turbot with hollandaiseThe Land Carignan spent most of the 20th century as a bulk wine workhorse, the grape nobody bragged about. But California hangs onto pockets of ancient, dry farmed, head trained Carignan, and in the right hands those old vines make something serious. This rose comes from roughly 80 year old organically farmed Carignan in Mendocino County, on red clay soils in the cooler, coastal influenced north of California wine country. The age of the vines gives
