Cooper Burns 'Sterling' Shiraz lambrusco Palate: the attack is suppleDeep purple in colour, the Sterling Shiraz has lifted aromas of blueberries, plum, cinnamon spice and black liquorice. The palate is balanced and elegant with flavours of red, blue and black fruits with fine tannins and subtle oak characters creating excellent length and persistence.
