Constructed of off white card stock with black ink, the obverse bearing a black Fraktur script New Years greeting from North Westphalia Gauleiter and Schaumburg Lippe Reichsstatthalter Alfred Meyer, issued in Mnster and dated 31 December 1936, closing with Meyers handwritten signature, measuring 18 cm (w) x 11. 5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
