the wine is rested in bottle for a further six months or so before release
The wine then spends a year in tank prior to bottling
It shows aromas of flowers
Verite 'La Joie' 2015 90 Mainly made from MerlotLa Joie exhibits the structure, depth and power of Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County, and takes inspiration from the lauded reds France's Pauillac. All five vintages of this lushly textured wine have achieved scores of 95 or higher from premier critical voices.
