it is refermented on 30% of the Amarone vinnace for 8 days
The flavours extracted from the mandarin are richer and sweeter than Limoncello but equally as enjoyable

Very rich and generous on the palate, yet retaining wonderful acidity. This wine is characterised by a balanced style and beautifully lingering finish.
