Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 17 cm (w) x 11. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating moderate soiling throughout but with no notable damage or wear, in better than very fine condition.
