Hersey Rose 2021 Size::1 Bottle apricot aroma and perceived sweetnessThis Ros is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Gris. The three grape varieties were hand picked and the whole bunch pressed. After being fermented for 4 months in French oak, the wine was bottled with minimal sulphur and wild yeast. The resultant drink showcases a medium copper colour. A lifted nose of red fruit aromas typical to Pinot Noir is complemented by hints of rose petal. Pinot Gris adds texture and weight to the palate
