Bavaria, Kingdom. A Veterans’ Shield For Army Service, C.1830 Archive Manitoba on May 7(Veteranenschild). Instituted on 13 January 1816. A brass, eight pointed star, mounted to a replacement red wool backing, measuring 35 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
