Prussia, Kingdom. A Rare Order Of The Red Eagle, I Class Star, C.1820 Auction and a crimped round wire(Roter Adler Orden, Bruststern zur I. Klasse). Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1810 1829 issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion, bearing a raised hand painted eagle clutching a green enameled laurel crown, within a ribbed silver ring, in turn surrounded by a white enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of
