A finely made four armed silver star, each arm composed of a cluster of thirteen individual smooth rays, each ray surrounded by a corded border, obverse centre featuring a Gold medallion with a green enamelled crown, surrounded by a light blue enamelled ring inscribed FIDELITER & CONSTANTER (FAITHFUL & STEADFAST) in
