Taylor Ferguson Pinot Noir 2024 chassagne-montrachet and distilled in a columnThe 2024 Pinot Noir is the first of this variety for Taylor Ferguson. Fruit was sourced over multiple regions with an eye to producing a varietal specific wine with the perfumed berry notes we all look for in a Pinot Noir, combined with soft palate structure and just a hint of sappiness. The colour is a deep garnet, the nose giving forth cherries, plums, dried earth and allspice notes. Its a fragrant and pretty wine with a fleshy yet luscious palate
