Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of St. Sava, III Class in Case by G.A Schied, c.1900 Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic unranked but typical Godet(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted in 1883. Type II (1903 1921). In silver gilt, a beautiful order of St. Sava, a Maltese cross in white and blue enamels with ball finials, small double headed crowned eagles with shields in each quadrant, the obverse medallion shows distinctive iconography of St. Sava, surrounded by inscription in blue enamel, reverse oval centerpiece shows date 1883 within a blue enamelled outer circlet decorated with golden laurel
