It was sent by Colonel Morzik to Commander of Kampfgruppe z. b. V. (Fighting Group for special use) 700, Major Ferdinand Muggenthaler. His unit was a Luftwaffe transport group, at the time stationed at the Eastern Front in Pskov. Morzik thanks Muggenthaler and his subordinates for a job done well, supplying the 2nd Army Corps, stationed southeast of Lake Ilmen.
