Constructed of white cotton twill, the obverse with a machine embroidered blue Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 185 mm (w) x 94 mm (h), some soiling evident, in unissued and overall near extremely fine condition.
