Deep Woods Estate ‘Ivory’ Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2022 marcelan Shiraz RoséSemillon was sourced from the northern Margaret River where it achieved full ripeness imparting richness to the wine. The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was sourced from the southern most part of Margaret River, where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend. Winemaking techniques enhanced fruit purity through the use of neutral stainless steel tanks and an aromatic yeast strain for fermentation. An expressive and vibrant nose
