Its a blend of Grand Cru fruit, with the current disgorgement weighing in at 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The base is from the 2019 vintage (55%), with the reserve an even split between the two previous vintages. It was disgorged with zero dosage after 36 months on lees. Sourced from 60 micro plots spread across Verzys clay, chalk and flint soils, this cuve is fermented in 80%
