In the document inside it is stated that the guilds of the city of Danzig wish Otto von Bismarck a happy 70th birthday and 50th service anniversary. It holds a number of signatures of the board of directors of the guilds. Measuring 345 mm (w) x 440 mm (h), presenting light scuffing of the cover; the certificate is in good condition, but no longer affixed to the folder; remains very fine.
