G. LONG & Co, Sheffield England on the ricasso, and hand engraved 1754 near the guard, the reverse side of the blade is engraved IN HONOR OF WORLD WAR II VICTORY IN CHINA BURMA INDIA. The handle is of creme coloured bakelite.
