Two piece construction, of silvered and patinated zink; the wreath consisting of laurel leaves on the left side of the wreath, and oak leaves on the right side of the wreath, with a mobile swastika on the bottom of the wreath, and an eagle superimposed onto the badge holding lightning bolts in its talons; the reverse plain, with a vertical needle style pinback, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire
