On the palate, it shows a beautiful complexity. Rich, long and fat, it has flavors of crushed red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and jam plums. Its tannins are well coated and melted. Influenced by her Burgundian origins, Catherine Delaunay offers a wine faithful to its grape variety with its aromas of small
