A very scarce rounded Special Decoration (Kim Tien) constructed of silver gilt, the obverse exhibiting an ornamented etched Walking Dragon, with large period lettering and central sun on the reverse, measuring 36. 32 mm diameter, presenting bent edges and minor gilt lost, accompanied by delicate silk tassels in orange and green colors with knot, completed by a green silk neck cordon for wearing with ends featuring
