Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central inscription of KRIEGER VERDIENST (WARRIOR MERIT), within a laurel wreath, the reverse with a monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm III, unmarked, measuring 25. 48 mm in diameter, weighing 6. 9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
