Germany, Heer. An Army Forestry Service Officer’s Visor Cap Hold in gilded bronze and blue(Heeres Forst Dienst Schirmmtze). A well preserved Army Forest Service officers visor cap constructed of field grey wool twill with a forest green cap band. The cap is fully surrounded by bands of green piping around the crown, as well as at the top and bottom of the cap band. Pinned into the centre of the cap band is an insignia in the form of an aluminum oak leaf wreath around a tri coloured cockade, also constructed of aluminum with a red felt
