It was issued to Erich Wichmann, born in 1905 in Berlin. The document is dated to November 6, 1941. Wichmann worked as a Revolverdreher (lathe operator) for the Dr. Georg Seibt AG company between 1941 and 1944. He produced pieces to construct airplane radios.
