Ander, Alois - Unsigned CDV Programs Opera Unsigned Inscribed and dated 1929Bohemian born tenor (1821 1864), a famous singer in his time, Richard Wagner initially chose Ander to be the first Tristan in the world premiere, but he died at age 43 just months before the first performance in Munich, with husband and wife Ludwig and Malvina Schnorr von Carolsfeld in the title roles.
