Some wear and paint staining etc and fading throughout

and when a rescue chopper approached it could be switched to orange to increase visibility and make it easier for the rescue team to spot

but otherwise very nice

This continued in WW2, when services or units would have t shirts printed to build 'espirt de corps'. This is a great example dating to the WW2 to early postwar period and comes with an absolutely amazing US Navy print to the chest! Condition For an 80 year old t shirt this is in beautiful shape
