In medieval Europe, wax seals were three dimensional wax impressions that held the mark of a ruler. The waxes were attached with a ribbon, and dangled like a pendant, from the ruler's official documents. Inspired by this ancient tradition, the Bloodline Wax Stamp Pedant was first created in 1994.
