Le Pere Jules Brut 5% 750 Size::1 Bottle Palate vibrant with black cherryLe Pere Jules is best known for its beautiful Calvados, but the plantations in the Pays dAuge are also the origin of the dry apple cider, Cidre de Normandie. 20 different apple varieties are included in the blend to find the optimal balance between sweetness, acidity and dry matter. The fine mousse is developed through a secondary fermentation in the bottle almost like Champagne.
