In 18K Gold with light blue, white, green, red and black enamels, with thirteen natural diamonds (five on the crown and eight on the wreath), the crown also housing two synthetic rubies and three synthetic emeralds, weighing 73. 4 grams inclusive of its ribbon, obverse illustrating the coat of arms of the Town of San Fernando, Cadiz Province (the town located in the south of Spain) and
