In silver, obverse illustrating the left facing bust of Pope Leo XIII, surrounded by the inscription in Latin "LEO XIII PONTIFEX MAXIMVX", reverse inscribed in Latin "BENE" over "MERENTI" within a wreath of laurel leaves, unique integral suspension with eight stars on either side, measuring 31. 7 mm in diameter, light contact, soiled incorrect ribbon, near extremely fine.
