Austria, Imperial. A Miniature Order Of Maria Theresa, C.1930 Auction divot in lacquer at 9(Militr Maria Theresien Orden). Instituted on June 18, 1757 by Empress Maria Theresia. (Issued 1757 1918). In bronze gilt, a lovely miniature order of Maria Theresa, bearing cross with white enamel arms, the obverse presenting a red, white, red enamel disc surrounded by the inscription FORTITUDE, the reverse with the initials MFT, surrounded by a green enamelled ring, measures 17. 5mm (w) x 18. 7mm (h inclusive of integral suspension ring), weighs 3.
