Cantillon Cuvee Saint Gilloise 750ml (5.5%) cf-type-_gifts Conditioned on staves from aMaceration of fresh Hallertau Mittelfrh hops in a two year old Lambic. The natural acidity of Lambic and the subtle bitterness of Hallertau hops find a perfect balance here. In order to preserve the delicacy of the hops, the lambics chosen for the production of the Cuve Saint Gilloise are elegant and very refined in order to preserve the acidity bitterness balance. Since there is no blending with young Lambic as in Gueuze and no addition of fructose
