Tromba Tequila Anejo weingut-brundlmayer largely new oakAejo tequila must be aged in oak casks for a minimum of 12 months. Cedano's aejo is aged in used American oak barrels for 24 months, half way towards the Extra Aejo classification. The additional time in barrel results in a smooth and opulent tequila with aromas of caramelized agave, honey, vanilla, almonds and dried fruits as well as complex hints of cacao, walnut, orange zest and caramelized pineapple. A terrific sipping tequila.
