A matching set of Fliegertruppe Leutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of a dark blue wool base with a rigid card stock core, topped by an additional layer of red wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with black and white chevrons (indicating Prussian issue), and pinned with a metal Fliegertruppe device, both unmarked and measuring 50 mm (w) x 110 mm (l),
