THE WAY WE WORE by Marsha Hunt (book) Bonjour Tristesse (1958) and SydneyThis hardcover book is very large and a fantastic book documenting the costumes worn by actresses in Hollywood, and the evolution of those costumes and gowns over the years. I read this book and it was surprisingly very very very good. Not the kind of subject I thought I would find interesting but it turns out the actress used the costumes as a means of telling the story of Hollywood chronologically.
